I second tanjir about writing more informative query to get better help. But would like to plead against not allowing attachments at all. Its a list for newbie and notices and they should get the privilege of attaching required files with mail. Though this specific problem would have better served with posting the exact error msg as info. MailingLists of experts such as Php-general also allows attachments.
