Every bank is very concerned when they loose a client, as loosing one can mean loosing many for the same reason (let's imagine that you communcate about why your are quiting ... as you could do here). The commercial department is concerned most. So let them know gently that you have decided to quit unless the give you a good technical solution using *your* own OS of choice.
