I'm not expert at all, but it seems ImageMagick can do RGB to/from CMYK conversion. After a few minutes of googling, I've found http://studio.imagemagick.org/pipermail/magick-users/2005-January/014529.html It seems you need a ICC and ICM files but I don't what these are.
