Apparently the problem is that you need "asielrecht" to organise an event in an NMBS-station. The prices are ridiculous:
€600 for a booth (per day) €195 per person who hands out flyers (per day) But it's a different story if you do the same just outside the railway station - on the public road. In that case you need permission of the local authorities. To hand out flyers, that can often happen for free (f.e. in Brussels, except on a few banned places). If you want to do more (f.e. set up a booth), you'll need permission. For doing something public in Brussels like setting up a booth, you need to contact affich...@brucity.be and explain the cause/activity. That's exactly what I'm going to do now. Grtz, Jurgen.
