PPA test build of the --no-deps fix (1.3.1-2ubuntu1~ppa1, ppa:ubuntu- desktop/transitions): the setup.py develop step works, tests: 1123 passed, 1 failed (test_preserve_attrs, asserting st_atime is preserved after a copy; mtime is preserved but atime gets updated on the builder). Skipping that test in ~ppa2.
