Ah yes, I forgot to mention I'm using Intrepid without compiz. The bug doesn't appear for me in that case.
I agree that having multiple places where keyboard shortcuts are defined is a bit confusing and I have no idea which shortcuts are prioritary (maybe there isn't any priority and it does expo + nautilus at the same time ^^).
