I placed the command 'sysctl -w net.ipv4.tcp_timestamps=0' in
/etc/init.d/rc.local, rebooted, and as of right now everything is fine.
No connection problems. But for a novice this might be a bit of a
problem to do. Isn't there a way to include this command in the Intrepid
final release by default?
