Forest, Actually, I tried it at '/etc/sysctl.conf' by adding 'net.ipv4.tcp_timestamps=0' suggested in the link above but it didn't work. Placing `sysctl -w net.ipv4.tcp_timestamps=0` within '/etc/init.d/rc.local' worked for me.
BTW, I had the same problem in Fedora 10.
