I do not believe this should be assigned to tracker, this bug is in
evolution. I've just experienced the exact same error opening
attachments in a mail sent to me:
Gtk:ERROR:/build/buildd/gtk+2.0-2.14.4/gtk/gtklayout.c:394:gtk_layout_move_internal:
assertion failed: (child)
This is with GNOME evolution 2.24.3, and Ubuntu 8.10 Intrepid.
It crashed when trying to view an attachment below the message by
clicking the generated thumbnail with the dropdown next to it.
