Ooops. I meant that running the following command fixed my problem (notice the --reinstall):
sudo apt-get install --reinstall debtags -- apt-index-watcher uses way too much system ressources https://launchpad.net/bugs/64531 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
