The note genuinely does seem to confuse people installing Ubuntu servers
who aren't very familiar with Ubuntu.

I've done some work on tasksel so that we can do the following:

  * hide ubuntustudio-desktop
  * continue to always install ubuntustudio-desktop on Ubuntu Studio CDs
  * install ubuntustudio-desktop automatically if any of the other Studio tasks
are selected

Here's the seed change to take advantage of this:

revno: 1172
committer: Colin Watson <cjwat...@canonical.com>
branch nick: ubuntustudio.jaunty
timestamp: Tue 2009-03-17 12:30:23 +0000
message:
  use new facilities in tasksel 2.73ubuntu18 to allow us to hide the
ubuntustudio-desktop task while still installing it by default on any Ubuntu
Studio installations, and whenever
ubuntustudio-{audio,audio-plugins,graphics,video} is selected
