Public bug reported: Binary package hint: beagle
I'm running Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty Jackalope and using up-to-date packages. When I try to right-click the Network Manager applet in my panel and click on 'Edit Connections...' nothing happens. The window doesn't appear. In my syslog, there's this entry: May 28 01:20:32 lap kernel: [55849.795172] nm-connection-e[1502]: segfault at 10 ip b7be2a32 sp bffbe200 error 4 in libpolkit-gnome.so.0.0.0[b7bdf000+9000] Every time I try to click 'Edit Connections...' there's a new line like that in my syslog. In this bug report for Fedora ( https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=456513 ) some guy mentioned to kill beagle and try again. I did that and managed to edit my connections through the network manager applet. I've installed beagle via Add/Remove Programs, so, nothing unusual. ** Affects: beagle (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- beagle causes network manager applet not to start 'edit connections' https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/381166 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
