The output is attached. When I switch to "draft" the speed is still much slower than on windows. As I said the lines the printer prints in one pass are smaller in their height, so the printer has to print more of them. What could also be the case is that the printer prints "bi- directional" so it prints from left to right and from right to left on windows, but only uni-directional on linux. I'm not sure since I can't see this.
