I am using Ubuntu 9.04, kernel 2.6.28-14 on HP Pavillion dv6000t
Previously I never used to observe the laptop fan running like anything,
even though I run heavy apps or run my machine long time. These days, (
not sure if it is after 9.04 or after some update ) the fan keeps
running often even though I don't have any bulk apps keeping the
processor busy
