i've tried booting with the 2.6.28-16 generic kernel and with no "blacklist
uvcvideo" in /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf file. i got both usb's and webcam,
but no sound... hope that helps anyone with the same problem as mine....
i've upgrade from jaunty a few days ago.... i'm using a Portuguese equivalent
of the msi wind u100 (i think)
