This bug affects the network detection by gaim and liferea also. I am using a DSL router and my NIC is configured statically. But network-manager can not detect connection. 1. Due to this gaim waits infinitely for connection unless I disable all accounts and enable them again. 2. Liferea always starts in offline more.
