No I don't. It's a asus x59sl laptop with a fresh install of kubuntu 9.10.
It seems that the probability of ksoftirqd going insane increases after a 
suspend resume. 
Funny that this bug was reported on 2008-01-16!
If a developer would assist me how I can track down the problem I'd be willing 
to help out.
