Tried this IBUS Translit thing today, for my Russian studies, and the
bug is still there. As amdlin says, this should be easy to solve. I
would support the "shch" thing, because it's the most common in
translit, but maybe also the "w" could be used.

By the way: shouldn't "TS" produce "Ц" as well?
