Hello, I experienced this too a month ago. I still don't know to which package it's related but I solved it by plugging my USB mouse to the PS/2 port, so if you're using a (wireless ?) USB mouse, you can try this. I think it's a driver problem but I can't be sure. Please report any improvements or workarounds you found.
