I had this problem this morning after logging in the same. Except my computer was waking up from hibernate when I got the fatal error message. Apport asked me to report a bug. I was about to post a new bug report, but I saw this one as a suggested, so I said "mark this as affects me also". Though now, I dont know which logs you may be interested in seeing. So, I just attached the ones in your comment.
