Thank you for taking the time to report this bug, unfortunately it is far to
vague to be useful so I am closing it. Many bugs appear to be random but
actually have a pattern behind them. I have several suggestions:
Open a terminal and try rm .openoffice.org/ -rf (this clears your openoffice
settings)
If you are having trouble with specific documents, reopen this report and
attach them
Try running the official OpenOffice.org (from their site) and see if it is any
better
