@DarkStang : maybe if you could comment on upstream bug (http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15313) this would be helpful. Until now upstream has been quite unhelpful (the only comment I got was because I gave a wrong kernel version...), but your input could make the things move on.
