There is an ongoing effort for providing links from local resources from
the www.ubuntu.com
Still, this bug is not due to ubufox package and the Ubuntu Start Page
team can not link to localized version of Ubuntu Shop, Ubuntu Help and
Ubuntu Participate since they don't exists.
The "Participate" or "Community' or any www.ubuntu.com will not be
translated... so this is Won't fix
For the Ubuntu Shop, you should file a bug to the Ubuntu Shop project...
but I am not sure if we have one and I am not sure if this is going to
happen soon.... this can also mean Won't fix
There are plans for providing a translated version of help.ubuntu.com
... but until this is done, we can not link it from the Ubuntu start
page.
For now, this bug will not be fixed in Ubuntu Start page.
If you want to help with the translation of help.ubuntu.com, please get
in touch with the Ubuntu Documentation team.
