Folks: Phillip's fix seems to work, but now I cannot boot either Windows 7 or Ubuntu 10.04. I'm not sure what I should do next to enable dual boot. I've looked at several pages, but I don't see what I really need to do. I did apt-get install grub (grub was not loaded). I started grub: grub install /dev/mapper/isw_bifgdfbbc_Volume0 I got a grub prompt. But i Don't know what to do next. Thanks for your suggestions. Herb
