  In Print Preview, a thick (4 point) border sometimes appears hollow (two
  very thin lines separated by a thick white space).
  
  Attached is a demo .ods file and screen-shot.
  
  Notice that the problem is only in the first instance of the border, not
  consistently.  Maybe it has to do with the previous row somehow.
