Cay, if you want network-manager to manage your wireless connection you
will need to remove the wireless-essid and wireless-key lines from your
'/etc/network/interfaces' file. When network-manager is managing your
interface the essid and wireless-key will be stored in your gnome-
keyring. Using network-manager will allow you to store information
about wireless networks without having use multiple interfaces files.
