It is solved. The problem was the gnome bookmark-applet (http://www.gnomefiles.org/app.php/bookmark-applet) I had installed. Once removed this applet, the problem has disappeared, and when reinstalled the applet, the problem appears again. So the solution is to remove this applet. Sorry for the inconvenience.
