I messed around some more and got my notes to sync again. By moving my Tomboy notes to the desktop (found in ~/.local/share/tomboy), deleting the config, deleting all the notes off of the server, restarting Tomboy, deleting the default notes, moving the notes back into the ~/.local/share/tomboy folder, then syncing, I was able to get U1 sync to work again. So far it's been acting like it never happened on both of my machines.
