@magowiz Yeah, because it's deleting ALL the Tomboy data. :) I think that's a different bug. Tomboy seems to have a constellation of similar bugs...
In Your log it says "The remote server returned an error: (404) NOT FOUND." I guess You needed to re-register Tomboy so sync with U1...
