I submitted the *.desktop files that added the entries.

wine.xpm icon:  See bug #88285

Winemine, Notepad:  Entries should not be hidden unless they are Admin-
only.  If an included app is optional and inferior to other similar ones
already included in the distro then it should not be included in the
package.

Help Browser:  Some reference books are distributed as hlp files.

Notepad:  Not really useful as a standalone app but is probably required
by other Windows apps.  It is a familiar interface to new Linux
converts.

File:  Ugly but presents a Windows-like file structure to the user.
Makes more sense to newbies than having them visualize a hidden
.wine/drive_c path as C:.

Regedit:  Manual registry hacking is still required to get some apps to
function.
