It is the creating of 512MB SWAP.swap which consumes about extra 2min. The boot time is decreased a lot once I commented the line below in /etc/fstab:
/SWAP.swap none swap sw 0 0 The swap file to be created is 512M bytes, so takes long time since the rootfs is over mmc card, which is very slow compared with HD.
