Don't know if anyone else has this problem, but it looks like the attatched tarball (http://librarian.launchpad.net/7395543/tifm_install.tar.gz) in post, https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/udev/+bug/53923/comments/103 is corrupt.
