And finally I've fixed it for myself, so this bug should be closed. I find that it is indeed the Compiz Scale plugin which is active by default in Natty, although the configuration begins with different spacing than I'm used to.
By installing "Compiz Config Settings Manager" I find a control panel which allows me to select the 'spacing' between windows in the Scale behaviour, and I've got that set to 10 now, which produces a much more legible and space-efficient result. I can also activate 'Current Window Group' behaviour from here. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/796020 Title: Spread icons too small To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity-2d/+bug/796020/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
