Yes, that attachment is a manually transcribed content of the screen. The DebuggingCasper page mentions boot options to try to debug. I have no place to enter such options.
All I have is a dead screen that won't even respond to ENTER. The keyboard driver has always worked in past versions of Ubuntu, both production and beta releases.
