Public bug reported:

On a Windows XP I compress (using Izarc) a folder (let name it folder1)
containing files (let name them file1, file2), the zip archive is name
zipfile

If I open / extract this archive using file roller, I have a folder
named zipfile and two files inside named folder1\file1 and folder1\file2

I expect to have the folder zipfilen inside 1 folder named folder1 and
inside the 2 files

If there is more than one level of folder, all files are extracted in
the same folder and in there name they have the complete directory
structure flatened

If I extract the same zip archive with unzip command the directroy structure is
correctly created
