I have the universe repository enabled and have tried to install
krb5-user today. I also got the following:

Depends: libkadm55 (= 1.4.3-5) but 1.4.3-5ubuntu0.1 is to be
installed

I did an apt-get update; apt-get dist-upgrade before attempting to
install.
I had the krb5-user installed and running on this machine until
something blew it away recently without me noticing.
