In this state, Launchpad wastes Ubuntu developers' and users' time; it is fundamentally broken. Worse, none of the Launchpad developers has yet commented on the issue of the perpetual time outs. This makes a bad impression of Ubuntu because Ubuntu has chosen Launchpad as its bug tracking system.
