I'm getting random freezes with the Nvidia-glx package too. The computer doesn't respond to anything when it freezes. Ctrl Alt Backspace does nothing, neither does Ctrl Alt F1. I cannot reproduce this with the nv drivers, only the Nvidia-glx driver. I only seem to be able to reproduce this on my laptop also. Dell Inspiron 8200 with a Nvidia GeForce 2 Go. 32MB The 9631 driver works perfectly on Dapper. No problem there.
