Sorry to hear that it did not work for you. I would file another bug if I were
you.
That is the only way to have experts look at the perticular problem and solve
it before Precise hits the marked.

  In 12.04 Alpha 1.Restarted after installing updates.Noticed a dark
  radio signal meter.Clicked and saw that my wlan was
  disconected.Clicked on my wlan to reconnect.Then network manager
