I can confirm this - my system constantly shows a high load (> 1) when
being idle. It seems to be disk access that is slow. I am running dm-
crypt + LUKS + lvm2 + raid (hardware RAID 5 on a 3ware SATA controller
with 5400umin disks). You can imagine that the system never was the
fastest, but as it's only a storage server, I don't care so much.
(raid/disks are fine)

Sometimes, the system even slows down to a load > 10. When this happens,
boot takes ~10 minutes. This problem seems to occur randomly, or at
least I had problems reproducing it each boot.  I am running apport-
collect 995284 now to confirm.
