Verified using: 1. Run ubuntuone-control-panel-qt 2. Switch to Settings tab and focus spin buttons for setting bandwidth limit speed. 3. Notice problem as highlighted in attached screen shots. With the fixed package, the spin button highlight should appear as in the attached spinbox-after.png screen shot.
