Dirty solved by doing this: mkdir ~/mscorefonts~/mscorefonts cp /usr/share/package-data-downloads/ttf-mscorefonts-installer ~/mscorefonts chenged with editor the content add wget in front to the fonts urls wget http://... , removed the hash row; run it with : sh mscorefonts to donwload the exe fonts with wget
