I have tested kernels 3.10 and 3.9.2 and didn't observe this bug. So it seems like it fixed. But both of this kernels works incorrect at my laptop - there are problems when loading nvidia module. I can't even works normally. Maybe it because of absence linux-image-extra package for both of this kernels. This means that environment for stable system and tested kernels was different. And I don't know if this matter on bug reproduce.
