The problem with ATLAS manifests itself not only when calling (from octave) the polyfit() function but also in other cases. In my case I need to perform inversion of a complex matrix:
imat = inv(mat); Doing this, I see an error message /usr/bin/octave: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/liblapack.so.3gf: undefined symbol: ATL_izamax -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1005219 Title: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/liblapack.so.3gf: undefined symbol: ATL_dGetNB To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/atlas/+bug/1005219/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
