Actually I don't really understand. If I understand correctly, what I should do 
is execute:
- sudo hdparm -C /dev/sdXY ;then
- sudo hdparm -B 255 /dev/sdXY
(execute both command while HDD is is standby/sleep mode, so I should do it 
pretty fast in 10-20 seconds)
