Tobias, It's impossible to build usb redir enabled qemu version at Ubuntu because package usb-redir is NOT IN MAIN . I am fed up with Ubuntu struggling against spice and spice server advantages. I work only with Fedoras. Take a look at http://community.redhat.com/up-and-running-with-ovirt-3-3/ for instance.
