Hi there, What is the reason this bug is still open ? I would like to use the usb redirection feature: the only usecase for me at this time is an ubuntu host that i use as a desktop that hosts a windows 7 virtual machine via kvm / qemu that I access via the spice client. As such I do not feel the security threat would be a concern. quickest (only) workaround is to grab the source and compile / activate the usb redirection option in qemu ? It would be really nice if this one could get fixed before the next release....
