update-manager exits without asking for a sudo password.
"gksu update-manager" solve this problem.

I also have to start network manually, because net-indicator tell me I
don't have enough privileges:

sudo ifconfig eth1 192.168.x.x up
sudo route add default gw 192.168.x.x

I don't know if every user out there knows how to raise network, so this
post represents many upset users without possibility of report this
problem.
