the error comes from the lp implementation: some guy there did'nt know that usually, lp and lpr MUST behave as filters, i.e. accept stdin when no file argument is given, This not tha case with this Lp, which needs a "-" as file argument (cf "man lp"). One obviuos solution would be to let the user choose the print command used by xfig. Meanwhile, Ill be obliged to replace lp by a link to lpr, or to do an export
