This has been a problem for me since tribe 4 and is still now, with
everything updated (gnome 2.19.92, kernel 22-11), in both 32 and 64 bit
versions, with or without desktop effects. Moving right or left works,
but I can't move to any arbitrary desktop. I didn't realize how much I
used this feature until it stopped working.
